IMR&IMF Transfer Technology
IMD (In-Mold Decoration)refers to a technique that makes plastic molding and surface decorating simultaneously by stamping the composites with the text or pattern. Based on different characteristics, IMD can be further subdivided into the following processes:IMF(In-Mold Foil)and IMR(In-Mold Roller). In IMR & IMF process, without any exhaust gas produced,it is anECO-FRIENDLY process to reduce painting process and painting cost which has been recognized as better process by the market in recent years.

IMR Compression Molding Technology

IMR Compression Molding Technology:It refers to injection with IMR molding technology through the compression molding machine, and compress product to reacha very thin state (generally 0.7~0.8mm in thickness).

Nitrogen Molding Technology

Nitrogen Molding Technology:This technology uses high pressure nitrogen to pump into resin cavity to replace overfilled pressure holding process in the traditional injection process. It is commonly known as AGI, and it will form an empty air flue for hollowing out thicker sections in the part.

Secondary Insert Molding

In the process of secondary insert molding, some nuts or metal sheet and plastic products are inserted into the cavity before injection. This technology can create difference on the structure, and also increase the rigidity as well as cosmetic effect.

Rapid Heating &Cooling Molding

To heat the mold surface above the material’s glass-transition temperature prior to injection, and then rapidly cooling the tool to solidify the molded part prior to ejection. This technology can produce high gloss effect and reduce weld line situation. This process has been applied in appearance parts of NB,Tablet and LCD TV.

Wood Molding Technology

To make the wood into a patterned sheet, then bond the wood sheet and PMMA composites together by heating and vacuum suction to make both material transfers onto plastic products. This technique has produced some special cosmetic model which has never be reached.

Double Molding

It molds two different colors and two different materials together. The first molding is the cast, and then the second material is cast in the same mold, then integrating the two materials. Steps:
1. Material A injected into first forming die.
2. Mold open and rotate to second cavity position, then mold close and material B is injected.
3. MaterialB injected into second forming die, then mold openand eject.

RHCM

Raising mold surface temperature by high pressure and high temperature and then cool it down by switching heater to reach the cooling shrinkage. This technique can produce high gloss effect and reduce weld line situation. Especially for product with glass fiber, its surface won’t show fiber by using RHCM.

High Temperature Molding

During production, the mold temperature must be over 100℃to ensure the mechanism parts can withstand thermal deformation during the operation. The usual material are using are recrystallization materials, such as PPS, PET, LCP, PEEK etc.

Blow Molding

To produce hollow plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic tube until it fills a mold and forms the desired shape, such as printer toner bottle.
