Staff education training
We provide introduction of company profile, etiquette, environment introduction, plant safety instruction, rules and regulations to our new staffs. Moreover, we arrange senior lecturers to present basic knowledge of technology and skills training. So every employee can efficiently obtain work necessary skills at their early working stage.

Professional skills training
We have a series of training program to help our employees to reach the required standard of their tasks. Based on the evaluation of the employee existing professional skills, each year we arrange corresponding junior, senior skills training to keep our staffs to improve their technical level and undertake the work. Also they will have the chance to do job rotation in order to improve their work ability.

Management Training
Mid-level managers are the mainstay of enterprises operation. We provide training to enhance our managers’ ability to focus on their goals. Transferring related management knowledge and correct concept to them helping them to understand purpose, mission, beliefs, values of the enterprise and also the culture of our company. |
Staff Training
We provide courses and activities including effective communication skills, presentation skills, time management skills, and basic business etiquette and team cooperation to enable our employees work confidently. |
