Ultra-Thin LGP
 
Using compression mold and combined with a high-speed molding machine. During forming, PMMA particle liquid injected into the mold cavity then let the oil cylinder drive the mold insert through the mold and compression machine, so that products can reach the size of a very thin state.
 
V-CUT Technology for LGP Printing
 
Cut and process the products according to predefined V-CUT shape, which mainly to solve the Hot-Spot problem behind printing LGP optical design.
 
Hitting Process for Small Size LGP
 
Some high-end small size LGP is strict to the surface of particles. For traditional laser technology has the crater problem;the product crater will fall off and form white spot when making reliability test. Hitting process is a good technology to solve this problem, and help for debugging bright speck.
